I’m going to tell you about 2 stories. I will start with the story “ The Stone ”. The lesson teaches you to be careful what you wish for. In the story “Baba Abdalla” the lesson is to be fair or be square!

The main character, Maibon , from “The Stone” needs to learn how to listen to other people’s opinions. He learns this lesson by saving a Fair Folk and getting 1 wish. Using that wish on a stone that makes him young forever he did not take the dwarf’s advice to wish for something other than the stone. He doesn’t want the stone because not only does it keep him from changing, but it stops things around him as well. It is like the baby teething and the tooth never coming out.

The story from lesson seven, is the story of “Baba Abdalla”. Baba needs to learn to be fair or he won’t get very much of anything. He doesn’t learn this. Because he was being so greedy he lost everything he had, including his eye sight.

These stories can teach you a lot! Just follow what these say, and you’ll be OKAY!!!! Be fair or be square! And, be careful what you wish for.

Uhohs,and Sreaming.

I'm going to tell you about the time me and my cousin were laughing so hard we fell into the ocean and the time I got scared so bad, my nose started bleeding. We will begin with the "Uh oh!" story.

It was the first day at Carpinteria Beach. And like everyone else at the family reunion we were getting our tents set up, our portable stove ready,(We're so lame, who wants to use a portable stove on a beach camp ground!?!? Why not just use a fire pit like everyone else!?!? ) and a lot of other stuff like that. After that, me and my cousin decided to go collect shells. Once we washed the shells off, we went to what looked like a little miniature culdesac. There were rocks on each side of us with the water coming up in a half circle. We were jumping over the sea foam as the water hit the shoreline. Our mothers wouldn't let us get wet so we just tried to go as deep as we could with out getting our clothes soaked. We went as far as our shorts would let us. And then we started laughing really hard for some reason, I can't quite remember what made us start laughing so hard. At that very moment a HUGE wave came in and then.... " Uh oh. Uh oh. Uh oh! Uh oh!!!!" SPLASH!!!! I fell into the water, practically dunked completely under, managing to keep my head above the water, the next thing I heard was: " Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!Ah! Ah! Ah!" SPLASH!!!! I couldn't believe it! She actually fell in the water at the sight of me falling in the water!! We both got out of the water, and returned to camp together. On the way we both imagined what our moms would say.

Now I'm going to tell you about the Screaming part of this post. Me and all my siblings were playing an " In the Dark Game " that we loved to play whenever Mom and Dad were upstairs not paying attention to us when it was dark outside. It's like hide and seek but in the dark. It was my turn to be it so I went upstairs to stare at the light for 45 seconds. Then I went downstairs, where everyone was downstairs waiting to be found. Don't forget, I've been staring at light all this time, so I can't see a thing! A certain sibling of mine was hiding in our shoe closet. As you've probably guessed, he's the one that likes scaring me because he likes my reaction. My little sister likes hiding on the shelves so I went to look on the shelves. Then when I had my back turned........................... "BLAH!!!!" I screamed really loudly. I jumped at least 3 feat off the ground and landed on the floor and crouched down into a ball. The next thing I heard was... "Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!". That sibling scared me SO bad! I stood up and fake laughed. I bet by now you haven't guessed this sibling yet. Then I felt something crawling down below my nose. I went into the bathroom to see what it was. My nose was bleeding!!! The sibling came in and looked at my bloody nose. Then I said" Thanks a lot." He started laughing harder than before! I started laughing at myself. I think anyone would laugh at themselves for something like that.
